Do you only work remotely, or can you come to my office?

Generally, it will depend on the project but if you are within a 20-minute drive from Maidenhead, Berkshire I am happy to travel for meetings and occasional days in the office.

What are your working hours?

I am pretty flexible but generally I am available for standard business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Are you available outside standard business hours and at weekends?

I can be available for weekend and evening work. Please contact me to discuss your requirements. Any work outside normal business hours needs to be agreed in advance with plenty of notice.

How do you track your time?

I use Toggl to track my time. Your monthly invoice will have a breakdown of time against each project I work on for you. Time is recorded to the nearest 15 minutes.

Will you travel abroad?

Where there is a need for me to assist with a project overseas, I will consider travelling to ensure the project is delivered where required and by prior agreement.

What are your rates?

My standard hourly rate is £40 per hour, however where I am retained on a monthly basis , I offer discounted hourly rate from £30.  If you have a set budget you are working to we can discuss what this might look like in terms of workload.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is either by monthly invoice with 30-day payment terms or via GoCardless direct debit.
